Many Roads is excited to present a full two days of Lan Shou training including fundamental exercises, 2 person exercises and short forms. This long fist style emphasizes intercepting motions combined with footwork and stable stances.
We are honored to host several special guests for out of state for this seminar. Please join us for this rare opportunity to train with a diverse group of highly experienced martial arts instructors and practitioners.
No previous experience is required.
Cost:
Non-member cost is $100/day and $150 for the full weekend
Many Roads Member cost are $75/day or $100 for the full weekend
Additional donations are always welcome
Attire: Loose, comfortable clothing you can move in and bring sunscreen and water. Shoes that are good for both grass and concrete.
